New Dinner Menu Debut

Fall is here, and it is time to debut our new Fall menu!  Executive Chef Khamla Vongsakoun and our Culinary Director Chef Gregory Gourdet have created the perfect menu for Fall — sure to tantalize every Cherry Creeker and Denverite’s taste buds.  The new menu highlights the bounty of seasonal autumn ingredients, reinvented to capture the dynamic flavors of the Far East.  Pumpkin, persimmon and fig are just a few of the new components that celebrate the season and allow our guests to explore familiar flavors in our captivating new dishes. 

A few of our new favorites include:

Szechuan Pork Wontons with scallions and crispy garlic
Grilled Octopus with smoked apricot BBQ and pickled onions
Orange Glazed Carrots with pomegranate, crunchy seeds and coconut yogurt
Soy Glazed Chicken with ginger, scallion and chili
Colorado Lamp Chop with eggplant curry and mint coconut yogurt

 

Presentation of our menu will stay the same.  We still want to encourage our guests to share an appetizer or two and order a couple of entrees to share with friends and family to try new flavors.  Who says you can’t have a little bit of everything?

 

We also have other BIG news! We will be opening for lunch in late October.  We will feature a “fast casual” type of menu in a comfortable sit-down lunch setting.  Our lunch menu will include noodle bowls, banh mi, pad thai, and a Korean fried chicken sandwich.  We know the neighborhood is busy during lunch, and we do not want to take up much of your time.  So, we have put this menu together with you in mind! We hope to see you for lunch very soon.
