Departure Denver just completed their second spot on this summer’s Compass Dinner Series- and it was quite the evening! Departure’s incredible Chef’s and culinary team presented eight phenomenal courses highlighting the diverse and flavorful culinary traditions inspired by Bangkok Chiang Mai, Thailand! The mouthwatering menu started off with delicious Shaved Wagyu Beef, with tamarind, mint, and toasted rice; and with every course that followed, the flavors, textures, and colors left you feeling as though you had just returned from a mesmerizing whirlwind- once in a lifetime culinary and cultural experience!
With one final stop left on the tour- as sad as we are to see our Compass Dinner Series approach their final destination, we (and the rest of Denver’s foodies) just CAN’T wait to experience Vietnam through the culinary minds of Departure!
