The Smoked Chicken Spring Roll – a Departure spin on an old classic – is one of the most popular additions to the menu. The smoked flavor of the chicken pairs perfectly with the sweet and sour cranberry sauce and Chinese mustard that are served with the dish. This dim sum addition is sure to please!
Another instant favorite is the Root Vegetable Roll, which can be found on both the gluten-free and vegan lunch menus as well as the standard lunch menu. This sushi roll is made with sunchoke, sweet potato, carrot and avocado and placed on top of carrot togarashi. Whether you are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or just love sushi, this new roll will certainly be a treat for your taste buds!
If you’re looking for something on the lighter side, then you’ll love the Little Gem salad. The newest addition includes coconut parsnip, maple glazed bacon and pomegranate, lending the perfect balance of crunch with sweet and savory components.
